For the last 18 years, High Power Technical Services has provided our customers with best-in-class sales and service, partnering with DISH Network to keep our customers entertained with the best satellite entertainment available. High Power also specializing in providing our customers with the best in home automation, security, custom home theater products and installation.

 

We are currently accepting applications for our Central Operations Center. Central Operations is responsible for managing all facets of the customer / technician contact process on daily basis. Agents will assist our customers and technicians in completing a variety of tasks such as managing work orders and scheduling appointments. The Central Operations agents are committed to providing best in class service to our customers and technicians. 

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties

THERE IS  THE POTENTIAL TO QUALIFY FOR OUR WORK-AT-HOME OPTION AFTER TRAINING,. THIS OPTION IS FOR EXCEPTIONALLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES THAT MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA.

The Operations Center is open 7 days a week, 7 am to 7 pm. We currently have 2 shift positions available from 10:30 am to 7 pm, although a well-qualified candidate will have availability for both am and pm work. PM agent duties may include but are not limited to:

 

  • work order modifications 
  • work order cancellations 
  • work order creation 
  • work order rescheduling 
  • monitoring technician routes, schedules, and timesheets
  • coordinating sales leads, ensuring the customer is routed to the appropriate sales specialist
  • assisting our customers and technicians in resolving any issues that fall within the scope of the department
  • additional duties as assigned by the Operations Center Supervisors. 

Qualifications and Skills

A well- qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Full schedule availability (weekends, holidays as needed, mornings and evenings). We must have scheduling flexibility to meet the changing needs of our business. 
  • Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • basic phone skills (ability to make outbound calls, accept incoming calls, transfer calls between departments and personnel, set up conference calls with various departments as needed, manage multiple lines simultaneously, etc)
  • basic computer skills (agents should be able to access and use a variety of programs including Microsoft Outlook, Google Documents, and Google Sheets. Agents should be able to manage multiple windows simultaneously)
  • ability to type 45 wpm
  • high degree of organization and focus. Our agents work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to remain focused on successfully resolving a variety of issues.
